Chikan Chaaval Pandrah Recipe








Makes 4 servings






easy quick rice chiken dish



Ingredients
























1 tablespoon oil
1 1/4 lb chicken ,boneless skinless breast halves ,(about 4 )
1 can cream of chicken soup, condensed (10 3/4 oz)
1 soup can (1 1/3 cups) water or skim milk
2 cups rice, uncooked (Minute Original)
2 cups broccoli ,(fresh or frozen florets, thawed)

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken;
    cook 5 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Remove from skillet.




  2. Add soup and water to skillet. Bring to boil.




  3. Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5
    minutes. Stir. Garnish with bell pepper strips.

    एक विशेष जूते के अंदर डालने वाली औजार (जिसे इन्सोल कहते है ) इस्तेमाल किया तो पैर पर गिरने वाला प्रेशर की कंठी हुयी थी . जबकि सिद्दी( फलाट ) इन्सोल ढलवां(मोल्डिंग )कियी गयी इन्सोल सबसे अच्छा है, जब एक इन्सोल की ढलवां(मोल्डिंग )कियी जा राही है (जब गठन करने का कार्य किया)
    ताब पैरों पर आंशिक भार डालना ,पैर पर कोई भार नहीं डालने या पूरा भार डालने से बेहतर है
    इसीलिए जब उपकरण ढलवां किया जा रहा है आंशिक (आधिसी) वजन डालनी चाहिये

    NEW YORK — Negative results in a myocardial perfusion imaging study offer no assurance that a patient won't later develop coronary artery disease, especially if the patient has diabetes and more than 2 years have passed since the negative study,

    “Physicians need to have a low threshold for doing repeat myocardial perfusion imaging [MPI] on a patient with diabetes,” he said. “They need to have a broad definition of the symptoms that should trigger a second MPI in these patients.”

    Examples of atypical symptoms that should raise concern about coronary disease in patients with diabetes include dyspnea, sharp chest pain, and variable responses to exertion
